Julian Kudritzki leads Beale’s commercial activities, customer engagement, and end-to-end product execution, bringing more than 20 years of experience scaling and executing digital growth strategies. Prior to Beale, Julian served as Senior Vice President of Global Revenue & Product at Ada Infrastructure, where he led delivery of 900 MW of capacity across three continents. Earlier in his career, he built and led Microsoft’s Azure Infrastructure Strategy & Development team, which deployed more than $50 billion in cloud infrastructure investments across 16 countries.

Scott Robertson leads Beale’s delivery team. He is a veteran construction executive with more than 30 years of experience delivering large, complex capital programs and mission critical infrastructure. Prior to Beale, Scott spent 10 years at Google, where he was responsible for data center delivery for the North America Central region. His earlier experience includes construction and business development leadership roles at Harrah’s, Turner Construction and Skanska.

Courtney Jolicoeur leads Beale’s capital sourcing, risk management, and financial governance activities. Prior to Beale, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Unico Properties, overseeing corporate strategy, corporate financial operations, accounting, institutional investor reporting, and platform system implementations. Her background also includes financial leadership roles at Amazon, VEREIT Inc., Cole Capital and Ernst & Young, with extensive experience in high growth environments and large-scale real estate portfolios.

Holly Adams leads Beale’s energy team, bringing more than 18 years of experience developing and delivering large scale generation and transmission infrastructure projects with a focus on renewable generation. Prior to Beale, she served as Vice President of Origination at Pattern Energy, President of GridLiance High Plains at NextEra Energy, and Vice President of Origination at Avangrid Renewables. Holly served in the United States Air Force where she attained the rank of captain and received multiple awards and recognitions for outstanding service.

Tony Burkart leads Beale’s public policy & public affairs function. He has more than 15 years of experience in public policy, economic development, and public affairs. Prior to Beale, Tony held leadership roles at Google building and leading the Global Economic Development and Workforce Development teams. Prior to Google, he served as Economic Development Principal at AWS, leading incentives policy and government engagement across key growth markets. Earlier, Tony managed site selection, economic development, and legislative priorities for Lockheed Martin and the State of Florida’s Department of Commerce.

Marjan Foruzani leads Beale’s legal function, including legal strategy, execution, and risk management. Prior to Beale, Marjan served as Vice President, Legal & Compliance at Unico Properties, LLC where she played a key role in building and scaling the company’s legal function. Earlier in her career, Marjan was seconded into the AWS infrastructure program and represented clients across a wide variety of land use, environmental, development, construction, leasing and corporate projects.

Brendan Gallagher has more than 18 years of experience developing and delivering large scale infrastructure projects with a focus on data center site development. His most recent roles were at Meta and Microsoft where he served as Director, Global Site Development and Director, Americas Land Development, respectively. Brendan’s prior experience also includes Engineering Program Management at Jacobs Engineering Group, where he managed development of complex large data center projects for clients globally.

Alfonso Portillo leads Design & Innovation on Beale’s delivery team. He has more than 20 years of experience in data center campus design, engineering, and construction, including 10 years in Google’s data center team where he served as global AI/ML delivery lead. His prior experience also includes leadership roles delivering data centers and mission critical infrastructure for Yondr and Bank of America.

Matt Striffler is an accomplished construction and engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience overseeing data center design and delivery. His prior roles include 11 years leading regional data center programs for Google and earlier experience managing engineering and construction projects for AWS and Tyco Healthcare.
