Beale is not liable or responsible for use or disclosure of your Personal Information that is the result of unauthorized or illegal access to our systems or those of third parties. Our Services are not intended for or directed at children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information through our Services from a child under 18 in a manner prohibited by law, we will comply with legal requirements to delete it. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
