Beale Infrastructure Commits $250,000 to Support Regional Apprenticeship Training in Tulsa Region

May 14, 2026

CATOOSA, Okla. – May 14, 2026 – Beale Infrastructure (Beale) is providing a $250,000 financial commitment to support the Regional Apprenticeship Training Center (RATC), a collaborative workforce development initiative led by Tulsa Innovation Labs, Tulsa Ports and Tulsa Technology Center.

Located near the Port of Catoosa, the RATC is being developed as an apprenticeship training facility focused on preparing workers for careers in advanced manufacturing, robotics, industrial maintenance, autonomous systems technology and electrical systems. Beale’s contribution will support the next phase of facility development, equipment build-out and operational launch efforts. The investment will be administered through the Tulsa Community Foundation.

Jennifer Hankins, Managing Director of Tulsa Innovation Labs, praised Beale Infrastructure’s investment in the region and its commitment to workforce development and education.

“What makes Tulsa’s innovation ecosystem special is the willingness of partners to invest not just in technology, but in people,” said Hankins. “This show of support from Beale Infrastructure, Tulsa Ports, and Tulsa Technology Center for the Regional Apprenticeship Training Center is a meaningful expression of the commitment of public private partnerships to provide opportunities for Oklahomans in high growth industries.”

The RATC is expected to serve 250 to 300 registered apprentices annually once fully operational, creating a sustainable pipeline of highly skilled technical talent for employers across the region.

“We want the communities where we operate to be stronger and more prosperous because we are there,” said Tony Burkart, Senior Vice President, Public Policy & Public Affairs at Beale. “We are honored to support an effort that will create opportunities for local workers, support local employers, attract new investment and strengthen the long-term economic foundation of the region.”

Beale Infrastructure is currently advancing plans for a proposed data center development in Claremore that would create long-term, high-skill jobs and support continued economic growth in the region. This investment in the RATC reflects Beale’s community-first commitment to responsible development.
