Proactive safety
We define safety by its presence, not its absence. That means we focus on the things we are doing to keep the jobsite safe – the controls, the activities and the culture. Using the ANSI Z10 safety management system as our benchmark and a variety of proactive, leading metrics, we work closely with our trade partners to implement a robust safety management process at all of our jobsites.
Safe design
We believe safety management works best when it’s built in and embedded in everyday work. That’s why we utilize our safe design guidelines to identify and manage risk throughout the lifecycle of our projects – from land acquisition to delivery. Designing to support safe, reliable and successful work not only reduces risk but also improves productivity.
