Our team of industry veterans brings together deep experience executing real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy projects. We understand the unique complexities of hyperscale data center development, construction and operations and we are committed to building projects and partnerships we can be proud of.
Logan Craig is a VP on Beale’s development team. He brings 15 years of experience leading land acquisition, clean power development and utility strategies, including 4 years in Microsoft’s data center development team, where he focused on real estate and utility solutions to enable cloud regions. His earlier experience includes a decade developing large-scale renewable energy projects for Shell, Cypress Creek and sPower.

Arnaud Dusser is a Director on Beale’s development team. He has more than 10 years of experience driving complex real estate development and construction projects, including prior experience as development director at Hillspire LLC, where he led commercial and residential real estate development.

Sean Ivery is a Partner at IPI Partners and Co-founder and Operating Partner at Beale. He heads IPI’s global data center development activities. Sean has focused on the data center industry throughout his 30-year career including experience leading acquisitions and leasing with CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Ernst & Young and Navigant Consulting.

Sarah Krulewitz is a Manager on Beale’s energy team. She has 8 years of frontline experience originating and structuring energy transactions from prior roles with Enlight Renewable Energy, Crossover Energy Partners and Recurrent Energy. Sarah also served as a Fellow with the Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI) in 2018.

Boon Lim is VP of Delivery Operations on Beale’s delivery team. He has 20 years of experience in portfolio management, construction management and acquisitions & investments, including 6 years with Digital Realty. Boon also spent 10 years at Cambridge CM, a project and construction management firm where his clients included Digital Realty, Charles Schwab and Kaiser Permanente.

Ayla Matthews is a Director at IPI Partners and Co-founder and Operating Partner at Beale. She leads IPI’s energy and new market development strategies. Ayla has focused on real asset investing throughout her 20-year career including 5 years in Google’s data center team and prior experience developing renewable energy and real estate for Lightsource BP, Tishman Speyer and HgCapital.

Alfonso Portillo is SVP of Design & Innovation on Beale’s delivery team. He brings 20 years of experience in data center campus design, engineering and construction, including 10 years in Google’s data center team where he served as global AI/ML delivery l lead. His prior experience includes leadership roles delivering data centers and mission critical infrastructure for Yondr and Bank of America.

Scott Robertson leads Beale’s delivery team. He is a veteran construction executive with more than 30 years of experience delivering large, complex capital programs and mission critical infrastructure. Prior to Beale, Scott spent 10 years at Google, where he was responsible for data center delivery for the North America Central region. His earlier experience includes construction and business development leadership roles at Harrah’s, Turner Construction and Skanska.

Matt Striffler is SVP of Construction on Beale’s delivery team. He is an accomplished construction and engineering leader with 20 years of experience overseeing data center design and delivery. His prior roles include 11 years leading regional data center programs for Google and earlier experience managing engineering and construction projects for AWS and Tyco Healthcare.
