About Beale Infrastructure

Taylor Brown is Director of Construction on Beale’s delivery team. A seasoned construction professional with over 13 years of experience, Taylor is recognized for his background across numerous sectors. His proficiency encompasses construction management practices, including procedural controls, scheduling, forecasting, risk mitigation, procurement and insurance. Most recently, Taylor served as a Senior Project Manager at JE Dunn Construction, and prior to that, at Austin Commercial, where he specialized in project controls and risk management for the execution of large-scale projects across the US.

Christina Casler is a Director on Beale’s development team, focusing on water infrastructure. She is a licensed Professional Engineer and has 9+ years of experience in water and wastewater planning, site development and risk assessments. Christina was most recently a Water Manager at Meta Platforms where she spearheaded water strategy and led water / wastewater due diligence for data center site development across the US. She also served as a Professional Engineer at Carollo Engineers.

Logan Craig is a VP on Beale’s development team. He brings 15 years of experience leading land acquisition, clean power development and utility strategies, including 4 years in Microsoft’s data center development team, where he focused on real estate and utility solutions to enable cloud regions. His earlier experience includes a decade developing large-scale renewable energy projects for Shell, Cypress Creek and sPower.

Arnaud Dusser is a Director on Beale’s development team. He has more than 10 years of experience driving complex real estate development and construction projects, including prior experience as development director at Hillspire LLC, where he led commercial and residential real estate development.

Ron Gantt is VP of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) for Beale. In this role, he leads all aspects of Beale's EHS management across its construction, operations and corporate activities. Ron has more than 20 years of experience instilling innovative, people-centered approaches to safety and operational resilience in high growth organizations. Prior to Beale, he served as HSE Director at Yondr Group where he led HSE management for the Americas region.

Lauren Harvey is a Director on Beale’s development team. She has more than 10 years of front-line experience developing and delivering complex projects, including roles at Build SF, Riaz Capital and Wynn Design & Development.

Megan Jarrett is VP of Project Controls for Beale. She has 15 years of experience in end-to-end project controls, execution planning and construction management of multi-billion dollar projects. Megan most recently served as a Program Manager at Google where she managed its global data center office program development and led its multi-discipline data center strategic execution initiatives on cost and schedule reduction. Earlier in her career, she also held project controls roles at Bechtel Energy and Turner & Townsend.

Kevin Klucsarits is VP of Engineering for Beale. He has over 20 years of construction experience in design engineering, mechanical contracting and program management, with a focus on mission critical and hyperscale data centers. Kevin most recently served as a Senior Program Manager at Google where he led initiatives to improve data center construction business operations and developed & operationalized a data center densification program. Earlier in his career, he also held roles at K2 Project Advisors and The Brandt-Companies.

Sarah Krulewitz is a Manager on Beale’s energy team. She has 8 years of frontline experience originating and structuring energy transactions from prior roles with Enlight Renewable Energy, Crossover Energy Partners and Recurrent Energy. Sarah also served as a Fellow with the Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI) in 2018.

Boon Lim is VP of Delivery Operations on Beale’s delivery team. He has 20 years of experience in portfolio management, construction management and acquisitions & investments, including 6 years with Digital Realty. Boon also spent 10 years at Cambridge CM, a project and construction management firm where his clients included Digital Realty, Charles Schwab and Kaiser Permanente.

Emily Menz is a Senior Associate on Beale’s development team, focusing on sustainability. She has 4 years of experience including 2 years in data centers and private equity at IPI Partners (now Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure). Emily has a master’s degree in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics.

Rory O’Brien is Director of Construction on Beale’s delivery team. Rory is an internationally experienced design and construction project management professional. He most recently served as a Senior Project Manager at Meta/Reality Labs, where he was responsible for delivering R&D, cleanroom and office projects regionally. He is recognized for delivering and recovering large challenging projects across diverse industries, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor and technology.

James Shavers is Director of Project Controls for Beale. He has more than 17 years of experience in project management, continuous improvement and process development for all phases of $1B+ capital projects across North America, EMEA and APAC. James most recently served as a Director at Vantage Data Centers, where he led a global team responsible for documenting development project management processes and best practices for delivery consistency. Earlier in his career, he held project controls and project management roles at Exxon Mobil and Whirlpool Corporation.

Pui-Yee ("PY") So is VP of Design on Beale’s delivery team. She has more than 14 years of electrical engineering and project management experience leading mission critical projects across a range of market sectors. Prior to Beale, PY spent 9 years at Page Southerland Page, Inc. where she was most recently an Associate Principal and Electrical Engineering Director. Her earlier experience includes project management and electrical design roles at Smith + Andersen and NORR.

Leana Sossikian is a Manager on Beale’s development team. Leana has 10 years of experience across various industries, including transportation, waste management and renewable energy, with expertise in environmental permitting, urban planning and land development. Most recently, Leana was a Project Development Manager at Idemitsu Renewables America. Earlier in her career, she served as an Environmental Planner and Project Manager at Berkeley Lab, Recology and AECOM.

Owen Teach is a Director on Beale’s energy team. He brings deep experience in renewable energy development and decarbonization strategies, with 9 years of front lines energy development and transaction structuring from prior roles with Marathon Capital, Lightsource BP & Recurrent Energy.
